At Gifts at Teacup we are committed to maintaining customer privacy and the security of any personal data which we receive from our customers.

Customers that purchase from our website will be asked to enter basic personal information. This information on our database is not made available to third parties, beyond the essential requirement for credit card validation during purchase. The information is used solely for our billing and payment purposes, and notifying customers and partners of future updates to our products. However, we will often need to pass personal details such as your name and address to companies who perform parts of our service, ie delivery.

We only send to customers who have opted into our mailing list. Customers may opt out at any time from receiving a newsletter by clicking on the link provided in the newsletter.

We do not receive or store any credit card information. This information is processed by our payment provider PayPal and Shopify.

Cookies are used when entering our site to record the location from where each visitor arrived.
