Basically, I love to paint! Want to know more about me, then read on friends?
I’m an Australian artist living in Brisbane with my amazing husband and our cute 14 year old 'puppy', and I have two fabulous adult sons that make me laugh constantly.
I’ve always been creative and loved making things and I’ve tried so many different creative outlets over the years. I’ve tried quilting, woodwork, lampwork beading (melting glass to make beads - fun but a very hot hobby), lino cutting, cake decorating, baking, and even writing, just to name a few!
My grandmother was also creative, and she loved to teach me something new whenever I visited.
I can’t tell you how excited I am to have finally found my true creative passion through painting. It’s never too late right? I’ve fallen in love with painting, using oil paints and creating gorgeous texture with palette knives and brushes. It’s so much fun. I’m in my happy place when I’m painting. Plus, I adore colour, just in case you couldn’t tell lol!
Here’s a fun little snippet about me, I love using emojis in my messages. I’m not crazy, really I’m not, I only use a couple, but to me they seem to help convey a message that text messages can’t.
Thank you so much for checking out my site and what I do. You can send me a message, follow me on Instagram, sign up to my newsletter, or even buy yourself a new gorgeous piece of art! You can also find out more about me, my thoughts and behind the scenes info on my blog. The link is just over there on the right.
Have a fabulous day!
